I work with clients successfully all across North America, both in person and online via Zoom.
My in person classes are welcoming to students of all levels, offering a calming and supportive environment. I incorporate vaious healing modalities into my offerings, (such as breath work, meditation and body awareness) to improve functional mobility and overall well-being.
Looking for improved mobility and overall well-being but in person classes will not work for you? I have supported students online, from the comfort of their own home as well. Connect with me and I will get back to you so we can get you back to moving the way you love.

Vin-to-Yin (Thursday evenings)
This class begins with mindful movement to gently awaken and warm the body, followed by Yin yoga for the last half.

Yin
Yin Yoga offers a gentle, introspective practice that creates a stronger connection between mind & body. It targets deeper connective tissues, allowing for increased hydration to reduce degeneration & improve mobility.
Yin Yoga is an excellent complement to all styles of yoga, and all physical activities or sports. People with tight hip flexors, hamstrings and who have low back pain will benefit greatly from this practice.
Yin Yoga also supports the nervous system, allowing for deep relaxation and stress reduction.

Meditation and Mindful Movement (Monday, pm)
In this setting, participants will explore techniques to improve mental & emotional wellness and increase vitality & energy, learning how to move with greater comfort and ease. Methods will include meditation, breathing exercises and functional mobility therapy.
Monday evenings 7-8 pm
